This is a great opportunity for a talented, motivated “Senior Application Support Analyst” to join our growing Support organisation in a Team Leader role. The team provides helpdesk services, system administration and telephone support for our web delivered applications across the globe.
You will have excellent communication and problem solving skills and be capable/knowledgeable with MS-SQL Server, SSIS, DTS & report writing. Experience with IIS, Classic ASP, ASP.NET, SQL Server Reporting Services and Apple Products would be advantageous but not essential.
This is an ideal position for a skilled senior Help Desk analyst wishing to lead an existing enthusiastic and self-achieving team.
Communication with our customers is a critical element of this job therefore the successful candidate with be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Core hours are flexible (Mon-Fri) with rotational on-call weekend cover (additional on-call payments apply).
